Operation: Start-Up and Grow - March 18, 2010 - There is still time to register!
All Veterans are invited to attend our third Operation: Start Up and Grow being held on March 18, 2010.
Registration begins at 8:00 am and the program begins at 8:30 am.
This workshop is being offered at No Cost to veterans, in the Gordon Great Room at Onondaga Community College, and is aimed at providing veterans with resources, information and technical assistance for starting a business and in dealing with issues in existing businesses.
Conference Highlights:
- Keynote address by J. Michael Haynie, USAF Veteran, Whitman School of Management, Syracuse University
- Interview with successful local veteran entrepreneur, Collins White, President and CEO of Defenshield, Inc.
- Marketing presentation from a local marketing firm.
- Workshops for start-up and existing businesses.
- Exhibitors, networking, awards presentations.
- One to one business counseling with certified business advisors from the Small Business Development Center.
Includes breakfast and lunch.
